Indy Pop Card - Steve Cardenas

This summer, I participated again in Indy Pop Con in Indianapolis, and once again, I participated in the Indy Pop Card program.

When I was a kid, I LOVED Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. So when Steve Cardenas, AKA Rocky DeSantos the second Red Ranger showed up on the Pop Con guest list, I knew I had to do his Pop Card. He was very complimentary about the artwork and even let me pose with the Red Ranger morpher in a photo with him. As for the art itself, I think the piece is pretty solid overall, though I wish I'd had time to refine the rendering of his face. I did this one under a major time crunch and I think the likeness could have been stronger.
